Ken Brennock, Principal Consultant/Technical Director
Ken Brennock is the Director of Technology and a Principal Consultant at Sogeti Ireland. Ken's experience in the IT sector spans over 20 years and he has worked in many companies during that period, including large multinationals and small indigenous companies, including Motorola, Iona, Accuris and Macalla Software.

Ken works with Sogeti Ireland’s clients to evaluate and enhance their test and development processes. Ken is an ISTQB accredited tutor and develops and presents a number of courses and presentation both nationally and internationally. He has worked with and implemented many methodologies including RUP, Agile and traditional approaches such as Waterfall.

Stephen Hyland, Test Manager
Stephen Hyland has been with the Sogeti/Capgemini group for over 18 years. He has a strong background in the application development lifecycle, has extensive service delivery management experience and for the past 10 years or so he has specialised in software testing. Stephen has carried out many roles within the software test lifecycle, currently focusing primarily on test management. He is also involved in giving certified ISTQB courses in software testing.

Fran O’Hara, Practice Manager
Fran O'Hara is a Practice Manager within Sogeti and was previously a (co)founder of Insight Test Services, providing test/QA consulting, training and managed test services.

Fran specialises in pragmatic approaches to agile and process improvement and associated best practices. He is a regular speaker at international conferences, a qualified ISEB/ISTQB Advanced tutor and is involved with development of both TPI and TMMi. He is co-author of the process improvement method Rapid Performance Improvement (RPI). Fran is a certified Scrum Master, a trained SEI CMM lead assessor and TickIT auditor and a fellow of the Irish Computer Society.
